أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثنا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ، عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " جُعِلَتْ لِي تُرْبَتُهَا طَهُورًا إِذَا لَمْ يَجِدِ الْمَاءَ " رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Its soil has been made for me a means of purification when we do not find water."
