Bayhaqi 10769 — Reports on the slave's property

Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever sells pollinated palm trees, or sells a slave who has property, the fruit and the property belong to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates (otherwise)."
