أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَسَنُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا حَبَّانُ، أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أنا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرْخَصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا أَنْ تُبَاعَ بِخَرْصِهَا كَيْلًا " قَالَ مُوسَى: وَالْعَرَايَا: نَخَلَاتٌ مَعْلُومَاتٌ يَأْتِيهَا فَيَشْتَرِيَهَا، رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ.
Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) granted a concession in the 'araya sale, that "the fruit on the tree may be sold by estimation for a known measure."
