Bayhaqi 10588 — The time when selling fruit becomes lawful

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not sell fruit before it ripens, so that blights pass away from it." He said: "The ripening of fruit is its turning red or yellow."
