Bayhaqi 10460 — Evidence that an option of more than three days
وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، أنا أَبُو الشَّيْخِ، أنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ نَحْوَهُ.
Something similar is also narrated from Muhammad bin Ishaq (may Allah have mercy on him) through another chain.
