أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ، أنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ، ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شَاكِرٍ، ثنا عَفَّانُ، ثنا هَمَّامٌ، ثنا قَتَادَةُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا وَيَأْخُذْ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مَا رَضِيَ مِنَ الْبَيْعِ ".
Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The buyer and the seller have the option to cancel the deal as long as they have not separated, and whichever of the two is pleased with the sale may take it."
