قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، وَابْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ، يَقُولُ: " إِنْ كَانَ عَلَى مَا وَصَفَهُ لَهُ فَقَدْ لَزِمَهُ ".
Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) says: "If the thing is as he described it to him, then the sale is binding."
