اُردوEn
وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا هَارُونُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ: " مَنْ قَرَأَهَا (صَوَافِنَ) قَالَ: مَعْقُولَةً وَمَنْ قَرَأَهَا (صَوَافَّ) تُصَفُّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ ".
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) says: Whoever recites it as "sawafin" says (it means): "It is tied," and whoever recites it as "sawaff", (it means): "Lined up in front." [Sahih. Recorded by al-Tabari in his Tafsir: 9/152]
