أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي خَالِدٌ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِلَالٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ وَالْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ، وَرَقَدَ رَقْدَةً بِمِنًى، ثُمَّ رَكِبَ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ فَطَافَ بِهِ".
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from Qatadah that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) performed the Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers in Mina, then rested for a short while, mounted his ride, went to the Ka'bah, and performed Tawaf of the House of Allah.
Brief Explanation

By this circumambulation (tawaf) is most likely meant the Farewell Circumambulation (Tawaf al-Wada‘), as is evident from the chapter of Imam Bukhari «مَنْ صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ يَوْمَ النَّفْرِ بِالْأَبْطَحِ», and furthermore, Imam Bukhari has also mentioned this hadith in the chapter on the Farewell Circumambulation (1757).
