Brief Explanation
(Commentary on Ahadith 1884 to 1886)

From the ahadith of this chapter, the permissibility of conversing during tawaf is established. However, it is preferable (mustahabb) that a person does not speak during tawaf without necessity; rather, he should keep his heart and mind engaged in the remembrance of Allah, supplication, recitation (of the Qur'an), or matters of knowledge.
And Allah knows best.
