«اسمعوا وأطيعوا فإنما عليهم ما حملوا وعليكم ما حملتم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Listen (to the rulers) and obey them, for they are responsible for what they have been charged with, and you are responsible for what you have been charged with."
