«استكثروا من النعال فإن الرجل لا يزال راكبا ما دام منتعلا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Use sandals often (that is, keep them on when walking), for as long as a man is wearing sandals it is as though he is riding (he suffers less fatigue and hardship)."
