«استغفروا ربكم إني استغفر الله وأتوب إليه كل يوم مئة مرة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Seek forgiveness from your Lord; indeed I seek forgiveness from Allah and repent to Him a hundred times every day."
