«أربع لا يجزين في الأضاحي: العوراء البين عورها والمريضة البين مرضها والعرجاء البين ظلعها والعجفاء التي لا تنقي»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Four kinds of animals are not valid for sacrifice: the one-eyed animal whose one-eyedness is evident, the sick animal whose sickness is evident, the lame animal whose lameness is evident, and the emaciated (weak) animal that has no marrow left in its bones."
