«أربع في أمتي من أمر الجاهلية لا يتركوهن: الفخر في الأحساب والطعن في الأنساب والاستسقاء بالنجوم والنياحة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"There are four practices of the Days of Ignorance (Jahiliyyah) in my Ummah which people will not abandon: boasting about lineage and descent, taunting the lineage of others, seeking rain through the stars, and wailing (over the dead)."
