«إذا وضع الطعام فخذوا من حافته وذروا وسطه فإن البركة تنزل في وسطه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When the food is laid out, eat from the edges of the dish and leave its middle, for blessing descends in the middle of the dish."
