"إذا وجد أحدكم في بطنه شيئا فأشكل عليه أخرج ¤ منه شيء أم لا؟ فلا يخرجن من المسجد حتى يسمع صوتا أو يجد ريحا"
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When one of you feels some disturbance in his stomach and is in doubt whether something (wind) has come out of him or not, let him not leave the mosque at all until he hears a sound or perceives a smell."
