«إذا وجد أحدكم ألما فليضع يده حيث يجد ألمه وليقل سبع مرات: أعوذ بعزة الله وقدرته على كل شيء من شر ما أجد»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When one of you feels pain, let him place his hand where he feels the pain and say seven times: 'A'udhu bi-'izzatillahi wa qudratihi 'ala kulli shay'in min sharri ma ajid' (I seek refuge in the might of Allah and His power over all things from the evil of the pain I feel)."
