" يوشك الفرات أن يحسر عن جبل من ذهب، فإذا سمع به الناس ساروا إليه فيقول من عنده: والله لئن تركنا الناس يأخذون منه ليذهبن به كله فيقتتلون عليه حتى يقتل من كل مائة تسعة وتسعون "
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Soon the Euphrates (river) will uncover a mountain of gold. When people hear of it, they will set out towards it, and whoever is near it will say: By Allah! If we let the people take from it, they will carry it all away. So they will fight one another over it until ninety-nine out of every hundred are killed."
