«ينزل الله تعالى في السماء الدنيا لثلث الليل الآخر فيقول: من يدعوني فأستجيب له أو يسألني فأعطيه ثم يبسط يديه يقول: من يقرض غير عديم ولا ظلوم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"In the last third of the night Allah Almighty descends to the lowest heaven and says: Who is there who will call upon Me so that I may answer him, or ask of Me so that I may give him? Then He spreads out His two hands and says: Who will lend to Me, while I am neither destitute nor unjust?"
