«يقول ابن آدم: مالي مالي وهل لك يا ابن آدم من مالك إلا ما أكلت فأفنيت أو لبست فأبليت أو تصدقت فأمضيت؟»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The son of Adam says: My wealth, my wealth! (Yet) O son of Adam, your share of your wealth is only what you ate and consumed, or wore and wore out, or gave in charity and sent ahead."
