«إذا نسي أحدكم اسم الله على طعامه فليقل إذا ذكر: باسم الله أوله وآخره»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When one of you forgets to mention the name of Allah over his food and then remembers, let him say: 'Bismillahi awwalahu wa akhirahu' (In the name of Allah at its beginning and its end)."
