«إذا نام أحدكم وفي يده ريح غمر فلم يغسل يده فأصابه شيء فلا يلومن إلا نفسه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When one of you goes to sleep with the grease (or smell) of meat on his hand and has not washed his hand, and then some harm befalls him, let him blame no one but himself."
