«إذا مرض العبد قال الله للكرام الكاتبين: اكتبوا لعبدي مثل الذي كان يعمل حتى أقبضه أو أعافيه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When a servant falls ill, Allah Almighty says to the Kiraman Katibin (the noble angels who record deeds): 'Keep writing for My servant a reward like that of the deeds he used to do (while healthy), until I take his soul or grant him recovery.'"
