«إذا مات الإنسان انقطع عمله إلا من ثلاث صدقة جارية أو علم ينتفع به أو ولد صالح يدعو له»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When a person dies, his deeds are cut off except for three things: an ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah), or knowledge from which benefit is derived, or a righteous child who prays for him."
