Sahih al-Jami al-Saghir 7797 — It is not proper for a believer
«لا ينبغي لمؤمن أن يذل نفسه: يتعرض للبلاء لما لا يطيق»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"It is not proper for a believer to humiliate himself: (that is,) to expose himself to a trial that he does not have the strength to bear."
