«لا يحل لامرأة أن تصوم وزوجها شاهد إلا بإذنه أو تأذن في بيته إلا بإذنه وما أنفقت من نفقة من غير أمره فإنه يؤدي إليه شطره»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"It is not permissible for a woman to fast while her husband is present without his permission, nor to permit anyone to enter his house without his permission. And whatever she spends without his instruction, half of its reward will be given to him."
