Sahih al-Jami al-Saghir 7622 — A child cannot repay the right
«لا يجزي ولد والدا إلا أن يجده مملوكا فيشتريه فيعتقه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"A child cannot repay the right of his father, unless he finds him a slave and buys him and sets him free."
