«لا عمرى ولا رقبى فمن أعمر شيئا أو أرقبه فهو له في حياته ومماته»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The conditions of 'umra and ruqba are not valid; whoever gives something as 'umra or ruqba, it becomes his, both in his life and after his death."
