«إذا كان أحدكم في الشمس فقلص عنه الظل وصار بعضه في الظل وبعضه في الشمس فليقم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When one of you is sitting in the sun and the shade moves away from him, so that part of him is in the shade and part of him is in the sun, he should get up from there."
