«إذا قمتم في الصلاة فلا تسبقوا قارئكم بالركوع والسجود ولكن هو يسبقكم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When you stand in prayer, do not go ahead of your reciter (that is, the imam) in bowing and prostration; rather, he should do so before you."
