«لا تصوموا يوم السبت إلا في فريضة وإن لم يجد أحدكم إلا عود كرم أو لحاء شجرة فليفطر عليه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Do not fast on Saturday except for an obligatory fast; and if any of you finds nothing but a grapevine twig or the bark of a tree, let him break his fast with that."
