Sahih al-Jami al-Saghir 7253 — She is not lawful for the first husband
«لا تحل للأول حتى يجامعها الآخر»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"She is not lawful for the first husband until the second husband has had intercourse with her."
"She is not lawful for the first husband until the second husband has had intercourse with her."
