Sahih al-Jami al-Saghir 722 — When a person gets up from his sitting
«إذا قام الرجل من مجلسه ثم رجع إليه فهو أحق به»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When a person gets up from his sitting place (for some task) and then returns to the same place, he has more right to it (the place)."
