«إذا قال الإمام: {غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلا الضَّالِّينَ} فقولوا: آمين فإنه من وافق قوله قول الملائكة غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When the imam says: Ghayril-maghdubi 'alayhim wa lad-dallin (not of those who have earned anger, nor of those who go astray) [Surah al-Fatihah: 7], then say Amin, for whoever's words coincide with the words of the angels, his past sins are forgiven."
