«أتاني جبريل, فقال: يا محمد! اشتكيت؟ قلت: نعم, قال: بسم الله أرقيك, من كل شيء يؤذيك, من شر كل نفس, وعين حاسد, بسم الله أرقيك, والله يشفيك»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Jibril came to me and asked: O Muhammad! Are you ill? I replied: Yes. He said: In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah over you, from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul and from the eye of every envier. In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah over you, and may Allah grant you cure."
