«إذا غضب أحدكم وهو قائم فليجلس فإن ذهب عنه الغضب وإلا فليضطجع»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When one of you becomes angry while standing, let him sit down. If the anger leaves him (then well and good); otherwise, let him lie down."
