«إذا عطس أحدكم فحمد الله فشمتوه وإذا لم يحمد الله فلا تشمتوه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When one of you sneezes and praises Allah (that is, says Al-hamdu lillah), respond to him (by saying Yarhamukallah), and if he does not praise Allah, then do not respond to him."
