«المتبايعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا إلا أن تكون صفقة خيار ولا يحل له أن يفارق صاحبه خشية أن يستقيله»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The seller and the buyer both have the option (to cancel) as long as they have not separated, unless the transaction was made with a stipulated option; and it is not lawful for one to leave his companion for fear that he might ask to cancel the transaction."
