«إذا صليت فلا تبسط ذراعيك بسط السبع وادعم على راحتيك وجاف مرفقيك عن ضبعيك»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When you pray, do not spread your forearms out (on the ground, in prostration) the way a beast of prey does; rather, support yourself on your palms and keep your elbows away from your sides."
