«إذا صلى أحدكم فليلبس ثوبيه فإن الله تعالى أحق من تزين له»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When one of you prays, let him wear his two garments (the lower wrap and the upper sheet), for Allah Almighty is most deserving that one should adorn oneself for Him."
