Sahih al-Jami al-Saghir 6491 — Whoever has a partner in an orchard
«من كان له شريك في حائط فلا يبع نصيبه من ذلك حتى يعرضه على شريكه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever has a partner in an orchard should not sell his share until he has offered it to his partner."
"Whoever has a partner in an orchard should not sell his share until he has offered it to his partner."
