" من سبح الله في دبر كل صلاة ثلاثا وثلاثين، وحمد الله ثلاثا وثلاثين وكبر الله ثلاثا وثلاثين فتلك تسع وتسعون وقال تمام المائة: لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير غفرت خطاياه وإن كانت مثل زبد البحر"
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says Subhan Allah thirty-three times, Alhamdu lillah thirty-three times and Allahu Akbar thirty-three times after every prayer, making ninety-nine, and then, to complete the hundred, says: 'La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir' (There is no true god except Allah, He is alone, He has no partner; His is the dominion, His is all praise, and He has power over all things), his sins are forgiven even if they are like the foam of the sea."
