«من التمس رضا الله بسخط الناس كفاه الله مؤنة الناس ومن التمس رضا الناس بسخط الله وكله الله إلى الناس»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever seeks the pleasure of Allah even if people become displeased, Allah will suffice him against the burden of people; and whoever seeks the pleasure of people even if Allah becomes displeased, Allah will leave him to the people."
