«من اضطجع مضجعا لم يذكر الله فيه كان عليه ترة يوم القيامة ومن قعد مقعدا لم يذكر الله فيه كان عليه ترة يوم القيامة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever lies down in a place and does not remember Allah in it, it will be a cause of regret for him on the Day of Resurrection; and whoever sits in a place and does not remember Allah in it, it too will be a cause of regret for him on the Day of Resurrection."
