«إذا سجد العبد سجد معه سبعة آراب: وجهه وكفاه وركبتاه وقدماه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When a servant prostrates, seven of his limbs prostrate with him: his face, his two palms, his two knees and his two feet."
