«إذا سجد أحدكم فلا يبرك كما يبرك البعير وليضع يديه قبل ركبتيه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When one of you prostrates, let him not kneel down (to the ground) the way a camel kneels; rather, he should place both his hands (on the ground) before his knees."
