«من ابتاع نخلا بعد أن تؤبر فثمرتها للبائع إلا أن يشترط المبتاع وإن ابتاع عبدا وله مال فماله للذي باعه إلا أن يشترط المبتاع»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever buys a date palm after it has been pollinated, its fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise; and whoever buys a slave who has wealth, his wealth belongs to the one who sold him unless the buyer stipulates otherwise."
