«من اقتراب الساعة أن يرى الهلال قبلا فيقال: لليلتين وأن تتخذ المساجد طرقا وأن يظهر موت الفجأة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Among the signs of the Hour drawing near is also that the crescent will be seen on the very first day, and it will be said that it is the moon of two nights; that mosques will be taken as thoroughfares; and that sudden death will become widespread."
