«ملعون من سأل بوجه الله وملعون من سئل بوجه الله ثم منع سائله ما لم يسأل هجرا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Cursed is the one who asks by the Face of Allah, and cursed is the one who is asked by the Face of Allah and then refuses the one asking, as long as the one asking does not ask for something improper."
